Construction supervisors inspecting a concrete building shell

From enquiry to aftercare.

What clients can expect at every stage, and how CGG manages safety and quality on site.

Project delivery

Six stages of a contract.

  1. 01

    Enquiry & tender

We visit the site before pricing where access allows and raise scope clarifications in writing.

  2. 02

    Award & mobilisation

We appoint a project manager, issue the programme and release procurement for long-lead items.

  3. 03

    Execution

We share weekly progress and look-ahead reports, document inspection requests and raise variations as they arise.

  4. 04

    Testing & commissioning

We compile test records, balancing reports and as-built drawings as the work progresses.

  5. 05

    Handover

We close out snags and provide the agreed manuals, warranties and training.

  6. 06

    Aftercare

We honour the defects liability period and can arrange ongoing maintenance.
